There are some great people in account roles Good maternity policy

For a company that claims to have a family feel and people focus, this ethos has all but vanished from what I can tell. There has been a lot of staff turnover in recent times resulting in a real shift in culture and quality. Where there are good people they are often overlooked unless on specific large account. Personally I experience a distinct lack in support or consistency from direct management. This feeling only being reinforced by the fact that even after nearly 6 years working for the business in the months leading up to leaving the business I did not receive a single communication from anyone at the business.

They will inform you that they have full-time opportunity & they will ask you to decline other full-time opportunities by offering more than the offer amount that you have in hand. In the offer letter also nowhere you can find anything about contract/work duration. Once the client project/contract duration is over they will ask you to leave immediately within short notice. Even if they have a same role with other clients they won't map your profile. But while onboarding they will lie as much as they can, to get you onboard. RS have only contract roles and no full-time roles. Don't believe their fake promises.
