Robert Walters interview questions

The interview process was very fast and smooth. Recruiters were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I appreciated the quick updates and organized process. Overall, a very good experience with Robert Walters.

First interview was good. Interviewer was professional and informative. Second interview however was a bit off. It was with a Senior Recruiter. The interviewer was a few minutes late, spoke quickly as if in a hurry. Made a puzzled look everytime I answer as if I everything I said didn't make sense even though my answers still relate to the questions. Not sure if it's part of his recruitment tactic to test resilience/adaptability. Made a lot of statements as if to highlight my lack of compatibility to the job.
