In the offer letter also nowhere you can find anything about contract/work duration. Once the client project/contract duration is over they will ask you to leave immediately within short notice. Even if they have a same role with other clients they won't map your profile. But while onboarding they will lie as much as they can, to get you onboard. RS have only contract roles and no full-time roles. Don't believe their fake promises.
