-turnover -office politics and gossip -poor pay -unrealistic expectations -colleagues throwing you under the bus

Good, Bad and Ugly

Pros

- Good Compensation and Benefits - HMO - Great Working Space - Performance Bonus / Incentives

Cons

- I thought I was working for RPO and what I experienced is BPO - Inconsiderable management, especially the Manager. - Office Politics (if you don't pat him / her in her good side, the eyes are unto you) - Business is Business, regardless of your situation. So if you have an emergency, and you had used all your WFH for the month, you are not allowed to do so. Work onsite. - No growth. Promotion are only for the allies. - Extremely bias, especially the boss. - Poor Team Management

Internal moves - offers alot of opportunity to move accounts

Cons

Pay/compensation - levels of pay not on par with the average, lack of transparency with wages. Internal promotions often did come with a pay rise on certain accounts - more work for the same money. New hirers would be offered more than experienced members of staff Toxic work environment- culture of passing the blame and people not taking responsibility for their actions. Gossip and rumours were common in the office, this made for an uncomfortable work environment.
