Culture change and lack of care for staff - Account Manager Robert Walters Employee Review

For a company that claims to have a family feel and people focus, this ethos has all but vanished from what I can tell. There has been a lot of staff turnover in recent times resulting in a real shift in culture and quality. Where there are good people they are often overlooked unless on specific large account. Personally I experience a distinct lack in support or consistency from direct management. This feeling only being reinforced by the fact that even after nearly 6 years working for the business in the months leading up to leaving the business I did not receive a single communication from anyone at the business.
