Pros

Supportive and friendly working environment Always someone on the team who is willing to help or answer any questions Hard and good work is always recognised and praised Good employee discount/gratis/gifts/rewards for working on special days of the year Training refreshers Considerate of other commitments; rota is done around your availability which is amazing so you can work around uni If you are willing to work hard and make the most of the experience then you'd love VS! The whole team is so supportive and friendly, management are always willing to listen to suggestions or feedback and hard work is praised! I couldn't think of a better job!

Cons

constantly surrounded by amazing products so I spend all my wages in there:(

Pros

Discount, nice promotions, majority of co workers are friendly

Cons

Managers and staff seem to treat seasonal associates a lot differently than permanent staff members, they give you the worst jobs to do. Given two days of training and then expect you to know everything on your first shift instantly and get annoyed if you need help. Goals you have to reach on a daily basis is ridiculous. I didn't think a part time job (whilst I'm studying) could bring so much more stress into my life than my actual degree does.

Pros

Great pay and the brand is easy to fall in love with, also getting one of every new product free is great, I used mine as presents for holidays and birthdays.

Cons

Expect to be treated like garbage, that is a reality for everyone who works here, I was constantly insulted and thrown under the bus for other people's mistakes. I worked 12-15 hour shifts with only 4-6 hours off in between most days and when I got my paychecks they would show less than 36 hours when I had worked 48-70 hours, the pay is great, but don't expect to be paid for your work. Working at Victoria's Secret you can also expect your job to be threatened on a daily basis. The sales associates have absolutely zero job security, if you don't sell at least $400/hour you will be fired, also if a manager doesn't like you you can expect to be fired for "theft", this happened many times in my store. I quit Victoria's Secret because I was treated terribly, overworked and underpaid, after I had gotten five checks in a row that were less than half of what they should have been and nobody would fix it I got tired of working all day and not sleeping three nights a week to be paid less than the cashiers at McDonald's.
