Pros

Promoted during my 4 years, and the company has a lot of incentives to offer (competitive PTO; Summer Fridays; casual dress code; employee recognition program; sample sales; free treats; additional training opps; team gatherings; etc) . Great to see that HR was involved in employee satisfaction and you are held to uphold company values. Learned a great deal from mgmt & peers that would be used further in career. It felt great to know the company's vision and to see people work towards that vision everyday. Overall, it is a fun place to work, and you have the opportunity to really see how each departments operates and works together to get the job done.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities leads to some employees staying in same position for years

Cons

Seems to be a glass ceiling, most of management are just there for a paycheck not to help when needed. Tce support sucks.. no support when dealing with a difficult customer

Pros

Flexible, great benefits, fun environment, great food, and wonderful discount. I enjoyed working for such a great company. The dress code was casual so I didn't have to purchase expensive business outfits. I also really enjoyed their cafeteria. The cooks were nice, friendly, and always prepared delicious meals.

Cons

Stressful, pay isn't the best. The pay is pretty comparable to other customer service jobs and the opportunities to advance weren't the best. But all in all it was a decent company to work for.
