As for your “Cons”, we review the company benefits on a yearly basis and are always striving to improve the benefits we offer to both Full-Time and Part-Time employees. As for your comment that “opportunity is poor”, we want to share with you that in our Retail Stores in the United States, since the start of 2019 we have promoted 17 employees (5 Sales Consultants to ASM positions, 1 Sales Consultant to a Store Manager Position, & 5 ASM's to Store Manager Positions). We have also had several promotions in our corporate offices since the start of 2019. If you are interested in a promotional opportunity, we recommend you work with your immediate supervisor on an Individual Development Plan to help you achieve your goals.
