7yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback. As a private, family-based company, we pride ourselves on our culture and strong identity, and we are glad to hear this is something you value about the brand as well. We also believe in the importance of teamwork and connectedness and are glad to hear you work with a team of ‘Great Employees’. As for your “Cons”, we review the company benefits on a yearly basis and are always striving to improve the benefits we offer to both Full-Time and Part-Time employees. We would love to invite you to share your concerns with a member of HR or your manager, so we can review your feedback when evaluating our company benefits. As for your comment that “opportunity is poor”, we want to share with you that in our Retail Stores in the United States, since the start of 2019 we have promoted 17 employees (5 Sales Consultants to ASM positions, 1 Sales Consultant to a Store Manager Position, & 5 ASM's to Store Manager Positions). We have also had several promotions in our corporate offices since the start of 2019. If you are interested in a promotional opportunity, we recommend you work with your immediate supervisor on an Individual Development Plan to help you achieve your goals.
