Worst experience ever (they keep deleting my review)

- work long hours - unreasonable delivery dates - unnegotiable delivery dates - force you to buy their product because if you are not a customer you cannot understand it? - changed job title, description and expectations without consulting me, they hired me for a junior dev position but soon changed it to senior level without consulting me or changing my renumeration package. - we can replace you, which maybe it true but man what a toxic way to work. - meetings, I had meetings every hour or so mostly just micromanaging things because your manager needs to know what you are doing at all times and wants a progress report on the hour but still expects you to meet the tight deadlines set. - OKRs which are just a list of things your manager promised his manager he would get done and than force you to accept to do them. - they used the contract as leverage during your probation period constantly reminding you that they will not hesitate to let you go if you do not meet the deadlines I think I could go on forever but I had a really terrible experience working for this company, I don't think the whole company is bad as I have friends who are happy there but if you work for D&A Dach my friend you are in for a ride, good luck.
