Pros
Good snacks and drinks. Some teams are quite relaxed. Freedom to try almost whatever you want without consequences.
Cons
No air-conditioning. No one take care of your career. Very messy leadership. Very high turn over (less then a year). People promoted not for meritocracy but only for smart communication to the upper level. There is no synchronization between teams, teams are playing only on their kpis. Human resources take care only of upper management. Messy Start-up that try to be enterprise. Lack of vision. No competent people in key areas.
