The interview process was very well structured, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. Each stage had a clear purpose, and I always felt informed about the next steps.
What I appreciated most was the balance between assessing my skills and giving me the opportunity to learn more about the role, the team, and the company. The interviews felt like genuine conversations rather than one-sided evaluations.
Throughout the process, everyone I met was professional, welcoming, and engaged. I particularly appreciated that interviewers took the time to understand my interests, motivations, and career goals, which gave me the feeling that they were looking for the right fit for both the company and the candidate.
Overall, it was one of the most positive interview experiences I have had, and it left me even more excited about the opportunity to join HelloFresh.

What stood out to me most throughout the process was that many of the interviewers asked about my interests, what I was looking for in my role, and which areas I was most excited about. It gave me the impression that they were not only trying to fill a position based on business needs, but were genuinely looking for the right fit for both the company and the candidate. I found this approach very thoughtful, personal, and respectful throughout the entire process.
There were a total of 3 rounds, but possible to go up to 4 rounds. First round was with HR, then with hiring manager, then final round with executive. There were case-study like questions embedded into all of the interviews.
