Pros

The company fosters a culture of advancement and recognizing it's people. The impact the company has on people is truly amazing; community programs and Workforce Connection Centers.

Cons

This is not necessarily a bad thing, but working in the Retail side of the company is a whole new experience. The business is very different from mainstream retailers. You have to be able to manage the retail store and donation center.

Pros

You get training. That's nice to put on resume but that's about it.

Cons

Everything else. They don't care about their employees. They (management) are awful and gossip to everyone. They don't care about the clients. It's all about money. Seriously, run away.
