Pros

Some employees seek to help new hires however the majority could care less.

Cons

1. Very Low pay at $17.99/hr and NO HR orientation after employment is offered. The employee must provide everything regarding the new hire process, i.e., submit your own urinalysis, picture id, and tax forms. 2. Unorganized and unprofessional training on (CM) 3. Toxic and incompetent managers incapable of leadership. 4. If you drive to work: Employees must take a ridiculous public bus and transfer to the ORD train. 30-45min guaranteed each way; on a good day. The employee parking lot is 2.5 miles away. 5. Ten-hour work days that habitually turn into twelve-hour workdays. 6. HIGH TURN-OVER RATES compared to similar airlines in ORD. For example, some Leads have less than 1 yr of service. Unheard of in the airline industry. 7. No teamwork. 8. Concierges watch movies while everyone else is working. They are not expected to help co-workers; only there for the Super Elite Customers.

Pros

Great benefits Fast paced environment Decent pay Thats it.

Cons

No organization Union, that prefers senior people over workers who has better ratings, bigger experience and better knowledge. No support from management. They will listen to you and put your complaints straight to garbage. FULL OF PEOPLE THAT BRING EXTREMELY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. People are envy, lazy and expect newly hired employees do all the job while they do nothing and collect free checks.

Pros

travel I guess but only if you can get a spot on the plane soooo good luck travelling when it peak season... planes are always overbooked

Cons

Very low pay, management makes decisions based on their best interests and not the employees (bonus). Have I said low pay? ceo pay in 2020 (low compared to 2019- 12,871,900$) 9,258,983$ and starting customer service rep in 2020 33,280$. Even if you're Unionized, Unifor is also a subpar union that have their best interests at heart. Also, if you accidentally do overtime, they will only pay you if remember to email them. If not, you will be working for free!
