Pros

You get all the airline perks since your an airline employee! Travel benefits, really good medical and dental copays. Also, if your planning to work a full time job during the day, the flight hours work out great as you come in to work at 1600 until 2300 4 days a week. Coworkers always help each other cover shifts.

Cons

No opportunity for full time hours

Pros

Sometimes you can travel out of Tampa but flights are almost always full.

Cons

Long history of out of touch management. Unreasonable expectations given the poor training and horrible computer system and starting pay is awful and not competitive. There is a huge amount of favoritism. Only friends of managers get promoted despite poor attendance records. Telephone work, taking one difficult call after another will have an effect on your mental health.
