Interview
Very straightforward and easy. Asked about previous work experience. Asked about if I’m able to work in certain weather conditions, can work rotating shifts. Main focus was on safety- how can u handle safety situations and how u can handle situations under pressure
The interview process was smooth and quick turn around time once, they have picked the profile. Interview consist of 2 Rounds, first HR screening for 15-20min, following a interview panal round of 60 min.
