Interview
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Nueva Delhi)
Interview
The process began with an online application which was followed by online two online tests (both eliminative). Based on the results of the tests and the online application, they shortlisted a few people for the Individual Business Case Round which was basically a written case study. The candidates had to study the case and present their solutions to a panel which would then ask them questions on the same. The panel also asked some HR Questions.
The people who cleared this round were then called in for a Business Game. Following this they flew the top 25 candidates from India to Shanghai for the final interview. This was conducted by C level managers (Asia Pacific) of their company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process is laid out pretty clearly throughout the process. Phase one is a case interview— just make sure your numbers make sense, and you should be fine. Phase two is a behavioral interview. Phase three is an on-site interview. I applied for the internship, so I assume the process was slightly different, but it seems as if the actual trainee program requires you to go through some sort of business simulation.
