I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process is laid out pretty clearly throughout the process. Phase one is a case interview— just make sure your numbers make sense, and you should be fine. Phase two is a behavioral interview. Phase three is an on-site interview. I applied for the internship, so I assume the process was slightly different, but it seems as if the actual trainee program requires you to go through some sort of business simulation.
