I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Bremen, Bremen) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process takes more than 4 weeks, but the first 4 weeks are 3 easy tests and a phone interview with a case study. The interviews and tests are done by some recruitment agency called Cielo Talent. All your answers including phone interview are reviewed by a computer system. During the phone interview, the moderator simply records your answers in a computer. So by the time you get to the 5th stage, nobody from ABInBev has even looked at your resume or reviewed your application. They drag it out much longer than it needs to.
