Not good place to work

Pros

Cab facility provided Health insurance

Cons

Projects get decommissioned without clear rationale or transparent communication to the teams involved. There appears to be a lack of strategic vision at the leadership level, with the organization leaning heavily on the brand equity built by previous generations of employees and leadership rather than investing in a forward-looking direction. A significant portion of working time is consumed by meetings where accountability and ownership remain unresolved, leading to inefficiencies and delays. Compensation increments and incentives are perceived to be below market standards and not commensurate with employee contributions.

Worst Leaders and worst policies

Pros

Nothing. Join only if you want to IMPACT your health. FORGET WORK LIFE BALANCE.

Cons

Leaders keep setting timelines without having the slightest idea if they’re even achievable—completely unrealistic! This 8-hour-on-the-floor for 3 days rule is the worst policy ever. And honestly, the only way to survive in this organization is pure BOOTLICKING, so get ready for that if you actually want to stay.

Pros

Atleast I’m fortunate to work with good colleagues and supportive people.

Cons

The management lacks strategy and vision. Instead of focusing on increasing revenue, their main priority seems to be cutting employee numbers, reducing benefits, and hiring unqualified people—many of whom are just friends—even at the VP level. They’ve brought in school-like policies for tracking employees; I didn’t even have this kind of monitoring back in my school days. Also work life balance was past term here,
