And honestly, the only way to survive in this organization is pure BOOTLICKING, so get ready for that if you actually want to stay.

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
