Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. We are of course thrilled to read the title of your review” Good atmosphere” and that you list as a Pro: “Friendly team” and Good experience”, as teamwork is the cornerstone of our success and is part of our new compensation model. Adding a team approach to our retail employees bonus structure, we felt would help us improve and build upon the team environment in our stores. As for your Con: “Standing up” and “Too much responsibility”, while it is true retail sales does require standing and I cannot really address or resolve this concern, I would like to address your other concern: “Too much responsibility”. Please note we have an excellent record of promoting from within and working with associates during the mid-year and year-end reviews, to create an Individual development plan and to identify what they need to do to achieve their short and long-term career goals and move to the next level and as part of this we do give our employees responsibilities, not only for helping our guest but also opening and closing our store. However if you feel you are being ask to do too much or feel uncomfortable with the workload, at Swarovski we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of upper management or HR to make sure their concerns and ideas for the betterment of the company are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter, as only with constructive feedback from our current employees, can we improve and remain relevant in today’s everchanging world. Please be assured your feedback was shared with Global HR. Once again, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review and wish you much success in your career at Swarovski.

Of course, we are thrilled to read that you list as Pros: “The culture and values are great” building a culture of teamwork and connectedness is important to us at Swarovski. Equally important to us, is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are an integral part of adding sparkle to everyday life and we are sorry to hear that you feel our “hours are not Flexible”. We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible and to balance this with the needs of the business. However we do acknowledge that sometimes this is not always achieved, but we do try to do are best. Please note we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of our management or HR Team to make sure their concerns are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “”pay” and “vacation time”. At Swarovski we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure. We are also proud as part of our compensation program which includes: vacation time, a generous merchandise discount, flexibility in scheduling and a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our Part-Time employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K. As for your comment about “no work/life balance, scheduling was not good”, we understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible and to balance this with the needs of the business. However, we do acknowledge that sometimes this is not always achieved, but we do try to do are best. Once again, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review at Swarovski, we value feedback both positive and negative and your feedback will be shared with upper management as feedback is crucial to the betterment of the company.
