Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued.
We are of course thrilled to read the title of your review” Good atmosphere” and that you list as a Pro: “Friendly team” and Good experience”, as teamwork is the cornerstone of our success and is part of our new compensation model. Adding a team approach to our retail employees bonus structure, we felt would help us improve and build upon the team environment in our stores.
As for your Con: “Standing up” and “Too much responsibility”, while it is true retail sales does require standing and I cannot really address or resolve this concern, I would like to address your other concern: “Too much responsibility”. Please note we have an excellent record of promoting from within and working with associates during the mid-year and year-end reviews, to create an Individual development plan and to identify what they need to do to achieve their short and long-term career goals and move to the next level and as part of this we do give our employees responsibilities, not only for helping our guest but also opening and closing our store. However if you feel you are being ask to do too much or feel uncomfortable with the workload, at Swarovski we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of upper management or HR to make sure their concerns and ideas for the betterment of the company are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter, as only with constructive feedback from our current employees, can we improve and remain relevant in today’s everchanging world.
