Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Of course, we are thrilled to read that you list as Pros: “The culture and values are great” building a culture of teamwork and connectedness is important to us at Swarovski. Equally important to us, is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are an integral part of adding sparkle to everyday life and we are sorry to hear that you feel our “hours are not Flexible”. We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible and to balance this with the needs of the business. However we do acknowledge that sometimes this is not always achieved, but we do try to do are best.
Please note we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of our management or HR Team to make sure their concerns are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter.
