At Swarovski, we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure in all markets to ensure, we are paying our employees at a completive rate. As for your Con: “Little room for progression within”, please note we have an excellent record of promoting from within and working with associates during the mid-year and year-end reviews, to create an Individual development plan and to identify what they need to do to achieve their short and long-term career goals and move to the next level. We are sorry if this was not your experience at Swarovski and will share your review with Global HR as feedback is crucial to the betterment of the company. Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “very good culture and people to work with” and “Flexible time schedule”. Work Life balance for our employees is important to us, equally important is building a culture of teamwork and connectedness. Our hope at Swarovski is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are an integral part of adding sparkle to everyday life. As for your list of Cons: “it is very slow throughout the day. get busy only during weekends”, this is in part due to the nature of retail, customers tend to shop more on the weekends and have more choices these days on how they can shop, online or in store. We pride ourselves on taking an omni approach to our retail business and offer our customers options on how they shop. We also are working with our Trade Marketing team to bring events and animation to our stores and have already embraced your feedback “new advertising & marketing strategy to get more people in the stores” thru partnerships with designers, celebrity models, design schools and with annual events such as the Tony Award Show, the Oscars, the Rockefeller Center Star Rising in NYC… We also have in partnership with Netflixs produced a documentary the “Waterschool”. In addition, in certain markets we have added TV spots to enhance our adverting campaign. We are constantly looking for innovative ways to market our crystals and finished pieces Once again we want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review at Swarovski we value feedback both positive and negative and it will be shared with upper management both in North America and Globally. Of course, we are thrilled to read that you think we are a “Greet Company” and your list of Pros: “Good team good management great staff discount good company”. We love when our employees can wear and enjoy our products and showcase them to our customers and thus we offer a generous discount and a Jewelry allotment to our retail employees. As for your comment about the bonus system and that it is sometimes hard to achieve a bonus, please know that we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure. In addition, as part of our compensation program we are proud to offer vacation time, a generous merchandise discount, as you mentioned, flexibility in scheduling and a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our Part-Time employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K. These additional benefits we feel make our pay structure competitive.
