Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “Benefits, holidays and vacation”. At Swarovski we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure. We are also proud as part of our compensation program to offer a generous merchandise discount, flexibility in scheduling and a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our Part-Time employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K. As for your Cons “limited growth and very small salary increase”, we also our proud of our record of promoting from within and working with each individual employee to establish goals and a career path to help them get to the next level. In addition we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of our management or HR Team to make sure their concerns are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter.
