Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued.
Of course, we are thrilled when we get positive feedback and are glad to read your comment that we are a “Good company to work for”. As for your Con “Slow in retail these days”, we are not sure if you are talking about systems, assortment or customer traffic? At Swarovski we truly value feedback from former employees and share all feedback with upper management, as we are not sure of the meaning of your feedback, we will evaluate all possible meanings as only by evaluating and addressing feedback can we improve our organization.
