Pros

Big, international company so a great deal of job security. I had constant contact with executives which was a unique benefit of my position but typically the 'regular' employee feels out of touch.

Cons

Not much room to move up in the organization - especially for women. Try to align yourself with executives if you want to have any movement in your career.

Pros

Pay is competitive, benefits are good - 401k, SEOP, vacation, health.

Cons

The company is still very much a male-driven company. Your salary, bonus, etc. is much different/lower as a female. There is no room for growth unless you are a male. The favoritism is bad - if you're an under performer or create conflict but are well liked, you will just be moved to a different department or location.

If u get on within line manager he dictates your contract and salary and benefits

Cons

If you dont get on with line manager u have no chance of getting any benefits or career progression. Shocking company to work for no respect for experience or competence, only care about the 'old boys club'. Worst company I have every worked for. No respect for employees nor any ethical nor empathetic qualities what so ever.
