      Pros

      If you want to the succeed in your profession you have all the tools in skanska to do it. Just show your colleages. Here you have all the opportunity to work abroad. It is a carring company that care about human values, enviromental problems, substainable development and at the same time make money.

      Cons

      Most of the large companies is top manage, but whit stong will and drive to change you can manage your self to success.

      Pros

      Only as stressful as you make it. The more responsibility you want, the more you are given. Benefits are better than what is offered by the competition. Variety of work assignments.

      Cons

      Top performers are recognized, but not compensated. It appears that upper management values loyalty over accomplishment: the bonus is system is more of a distribution than a reflection of your individual performance. Low performers are kept around far too long, which results in over-staffing of projects.

      Skanska are jumping on the wave of changing Terms and conditions via the back door. Similar to what other companies are doing (Fire and Rehire). No official communication in regards to changing of terms. Skanska used to be held in high regards, but a simple google search will show you that in the space of several years the company has undergone restructuring (Job Loses). What is industry practice to offer healthcare, skanska feel it’s ok to remove healthcare for some grades. Along with the removal of the car allowance.
