Pros
- Colleagues at a working level are friendly, skilled, helpful and dedicated. - Canteen is excellent and managed by a fantastic team, reasonable prices.
Cons
- Current management tolerate bully of juniors by those within their ranks choosing to ignore employee complaints or file under 'too difficult to deal with'. -HR are very unprofessional in relation to the above, investigations promised during grievances simply do not take place as its too 'awkward' to do the right thing. - Hard workers are overlooked for advancement, training promised is not provided and your forced to collectively rely upon your colleagues. - You will take on more responsibilities but receive no financial remuneration for your efforts or even simple recognition. - Too much process has been introduced in last two years, no longer possible to get things done in a timely fashion for which you'll then be blamed for or you'll made out to be unhelpful despite your best efforts.
