Pros
Big, international company so a great deal of job security. I had constant contact with executives which was a unique benefit of my position but typically the 'regular' employee feels out of touch.
Cons
Not much room to move up in the organization - especially for women. Try to align yourself with executives if you want to have any movement in your career.
