Awful experience.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Long hours, 8:30-6, if you finish a minute earlier you get told off, yet they expect you to work weekends without hesitation. Many narcissistic leaders, they show no respect to certain employees (indipendent of your performance). Horrible experience. They also remove negative feedbacks straight away.

Great people in the team

Cons

Slow progression. Managers will not put you forward if you do well in a role. Scared to increase your knowledge in case you leave. No flexibility with working from home. Even though managers can do as they please. Do not work on the biggest account, They have poor management skills Do not value the coordinators because they don’t make them money. Money isn’t great and pay increase if you are lucky.

Poor team leaders and a demotivating culture

Pros

Working within a team of hard working recruiters and being based onsite at the worlds biggest payments technology company in a great location.

Cons

To repeat the criticisms of a couple of below reviews, the introduction of 2 new members of management to the team at the end of 2017 have had a destructive effect on the team and created a poor working environment. There is a lack of support and far to often recruiters are being tasked with for endless hours of admin, reporting and spreadsheets which has resulted in weekend working becoming the norm. Previous management assisted with these tasks which allowed for a more harmonious working environment and more productive team. Rather than listening to the concerns of recruiters, management are more interested in passing the buck and working minimal hours.
