Pros

Great company culture, wonderful people. Truly felt like a family. Very excited environment despite being at a desk much of the time. Not to mention the awesome extra-office events held seemingly every month.

Cons

Of course, recruitment is not for everyone (something you'll often hear). It is essentially a tough sales job, with KPIs you must meet weekly. Furthermore, the bonus structure is rather opaque. As with most sales roles, one has to sacrifice work/life balance.

Be wary- you have to hit target no matter what

If you hit or exceed your targets- you can earn comission. Great work life balance.

Cons

Can be quite tedious depending on the market- mine was not developed at all. The job was sold to me as if there would be a lot of big clients etc- in reality there was only one or two. I was cold calling at least twice a week, adding new contacts to the system and sending speculative CV's all day. Boring role- and tough market. I learned all I had to learn in 3 months- after that its just pure luck, hoping that the CV you chose to send to a person would be noticed.... if you don't hit financial targets, you will be sacked so be wary

Mandatory RTO has been employed to cut staff heads. Data proves that this does not improve efficiency and is just a cost saving piece
