Pros

Work life balance is good.

Cons

-In the 3yrs I worked for this company, there’s been 3 different CEO’s. Lots of re-orgs that they tell you are to benefit customers but is mainly beneficial to investors. Which means cost cutting and getting rid of top talent. -Raises were non existent and they got rid of bonuses. - They will straight up lie to you! When hired i was told id get unlimited PTO. Which was a lie. - Hard to trust senior executives when they’re changing every 8months to a year - One CEOs parting message was to “keep my wife’s name out your f’ing mouth”! I wish I was making that up! - They will proclaim up down and sideways that they’re a “different” tech company. They’re not they just like all the others. Putting investors before customers and employees. - For a company whose entire suite of products is focused on collecting feedback and using that feedback to improve processes, they do it terribly internally! - They will hire you with certain job responsibilities and continue to add more and more responsibilities and not not compensate you.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro right now

Cons

Executives and upper management clearly do not care about their employees anymore. It’s all about billing your time, make money, hit your utilization. Too much focus on being billable to the client. This is the worst environment I have ever worked in. They say they have an open PTO policy, but there’s a catch! If you’re billable, then you have to “make up” your billable time to make utilization. So essentially, there’s zero PTO.
