Pros

Good posibilty to visit wonderful places

Cons

Schedules, some ships work more than others and the management needs to get rid of some bad elements, old workers that think they know it all and could be too prepotent.

You get to travel quite a bit

Cons

Food is bad, crew cabins are even worse, management only cares about money.

Pros

MSC building and Stockley Park, pleasant surroundings

Cons

There is a culture of bullying, Management aways asking staff if they are unhappy, but if they dare say yes or criticise the regime, they are dismissed or hounded out of their job! They will let you stay if you play games in the morning, say nothing and just do as they want, without questioning. There is a lack of support, except if you are a favourite. The practise of exclusion and discrimination is commonplace here, and all of our lovely and best staff have left.
