Very bad management and no value for your work and contribution

Management & Recognition: There is a noticeable lack of equitable recognition for employee contributions within certain teams. The management style can feel unsupportive, creating an atmosphere where it seems individuals have to navigate internal politics rather than focus on collaborative work. This can be particularly isolating and demoralizing, as there isn't a strong sense of management having their team's back. Hostile Exit Process: The experience for departing employees is a significant concern. The notice period can become unnecessarily difficult, with a palpable shift in how individuals are treated once they have resigned. This includes being excluded from team activities and meetings, which feels counterproductive and unprofessional.
