      Pros

      The people in branch were the best thing about the job, friendly bunch with a great sense of humor, shall miss them all.

      Cons

      Was a great company to work for before they merged with Romans, way too corporate now, lost the friendly approach, pay structures changed to benefit the company not the ground floor staff who actually do the work for them. The big bosses waste money left right and center, for example a letter to every member of staff sent in a Conqueror envelope, not great to see when your told your commission is being cut, why not cut the directors perks! more and more expected from the staff, with no rewards. Branch has no control over anything, everything has to be passed for director approval, way too corporate

      Pros

      Branch manager very approachable, offers support, generally they think they are helping by always changing the process but really they are just complicating things

      Cons

      Very poor payers, don't reward u for any efforts, no pay increases, they give u awards instead instead of salary reviews, no appraisals, no where to move up really.

      Unpleasant environment

      Pros

      Plenty of work, time went by fast! Set working hours with set lunch breaks. Town center location for easy access and commute

      Cons

      Unfortunately management was not the greatest. Team working was too hostile for my liking, and work did not get distributed evenly.
