Pros

Local offices great to work with. The relationships I've built with tenants and local landlords. The optional training

Cons

Changes have lead to multiple errors but somehow the blame is left with you. The central office don't seem to have any human connection or real care. Only seem to be pulled up on something if they aren't happy with it. Never any praise even if there's positive feedback from clients. Training removed without discussion. Paid the bare minimum. No scope for earning more or incentive to unskill. No realistic planning according to your area. No incentives, role is made to feel lesser.

Pros

If you get within the correct area and you have a good area manager you can be supported and to become the best to your ability

Cons

If you have a bad area manager who allows their staff to be bullied and have no support at all. Then you’re in for a loss. Ask the right questions at interview stage to make sure they are the right company for you.

Pros

I must enter at least five words here

Cons

Rotten corporate culture that expected everything while paying little After years of seeing “minimum wage top up” on my pay slips I finally scraped a raise to a paltry £18,000 with almost 6 years experience as a Negotiator, in a Senior version of the role. Showed no regard for employee safety before, during or after the COVID Pandemic with an email from the top stating “We must continue to satisfy our financial obligations” Nepotism reigned so the only people being considered for promotion were the ones willing to “Put in the hard work” AKA suck up to the person above them In-fighting between departments in-office was rife and practically encouraged by senior managers across Sales and Lettings who seemingly all despised eachother as if warring factions instead of colleagues Toxic micro-management practices from inexperienced managers incapable of actually understanding the differences and needs of the staff they were responsible for

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We take employee safety very seriously and have always prioritised it, especially during the COVID pandemic. Regular updates and information were provided to ensure everyone was informed and protected while we navigated these challenging times. We are disappointed to hear of your experience with management. We have implemented a Leadership Academy programme , where 100 individuals across the group undergo an extensive course each year to train and upskill for future leadership roles at LRG and beyond. This initiative aims to develop well-rounded, empathetic leaders who can effectively support and understand the needs of their teams. Our Group HR Manager, Simon Rose, would like to connect with you to further discuss your feedback and explore potential solutions to address the issues you've raised. Please email srose@lrg.co.uk to schedule a meeting with Simon. We look forward to the opportunity to listen to your concerns and work together towards improvement. Thank you, Razna – HR Department.
