LRG interview questions

First round at their office in Salford. Second round via teams with a staff member from London office. The first round felt somewhat relaxed, in a good way, asking questions and myself and why I felt suited to the role. The second round was slightly more formal.

Very well structures, phone call interview for about 15 mins, then on teams for maybe 45 with just personality questions, then job offer. The interviewers were very clear and answered all my questions about the job.
