Pros

Some very good loyal employees despite being treated so badly

Cons

Bullying old fashioned agent agent culture. Directors don’t care about their employees and treat you very badly. I am an employee with a life limiting illness and since this has been revealed my life has been made a misery by my manager. I wish I had never revealed this.

Pros

It used to be a good company to work for that ensured staff training and career progression was available.

Cons

Management pushing to sell products, unnecessary high stress levels. Hard to communicate to all levels. All they expect from you is achieving sales targets. No support, no training no leadership whatsoever.
