Could do so much better - Property Manager LRG Employee Review

Was a great company to work for before they merged with Romans, way too corporate now, lost the friendly approach, pay structures changed to benefit the company not the ground floor staff who actually do the work for them. The big bosses waste money left right and center, for example a letter to every member of staff sent in a Conqueror envelope, not great to see when your told your commission is being cut, why not cut the directors perks! more and more expected from the staff, with no rewards.
