Pros

You can learn a lot being in production and pricing out vintage or high end items.

Cons

They over produce to meet deadlines. Managers usually freak out around their bonus time. Be prepared to be underpaid and over worked.

Pros

The ability to grow and learn in several areas at one. It's not just sitting at a desk all day, it's also being a part of the community and networking which I enjoy.

Cons

Not enough vacation time and long days. Hours are 8-5 (which most jobs in this type of office setting is 8-4 or 9-5). I got one week of vacation when I started, but it won't be until the END of year 2 before I earn enough PTO to take barely one week off....and that's if I don't get sick or have to use a vacation day here and there. We get 3 sick days which 3 out of 365 is just not enough. It takes more than 3 days to recover just from a cold or flu!
