      What a waste of time

      Pros

      This is the easiest job I have ever had, even going back to days when I was in high school. For the most part you are a glorified baby sitter.

      Cons

      Management is AWFUL! Especially in the western part of Phoenix, AZ. The work force development department is a joke. Their numbers of people served and people who are placed in jobs are extremely inflated. The benefits are average and expensive and the salaries are low.

      Pros

      Working with the Participants and helping them with there daily support plan and daily basic living goals.

      Cons

      There is no team work lack of training for new employees and false documenting and no communication between staff and supervisors. This company is lack of many area's and training programs and is based on gossiping and lies to family's and there loved ones.

      Friendliness of coworkers. In store managers try very hard to make the workplace as pleasant as possible. Respectful assistant managers.

      Cons

      When something goes wrong they are quick to place blame on employees and all the management team needs to get a backbone.
