Awesome Non Profit. Very kind and fair. You get safety days for not getting injured. They will reimburse to go to college

They will give you a chance. They will work with you concerning dr.s appointments and schedule changes. Vacation Time accrues the longer you work there. You get personal time, sick time, and after one year retirement account. Affordable health care insurance

Cons

They should give their employees bigger pay increases. Reward employees more for doing a good job. They should also let employees know ahead of time concerning work place changes.
