      Pros

      They will give you a chance. They will work with you concerning dr.s appointments and schedule changes. Vacation Time accrues the longer you work there. You get personal time, sick time, and after one year retirement account. Affordable health care insurance

      Cons

      They should give their employees bigger pay increases. Reward employees more for doing a good job. They should also let employees know ahead of time concerning work place changes.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
