Pros

The hours were flexible and you are not tied to an office all day. You are able to leave the office and meet your clients at their job sites or other public places around the city.

Cons

The pay is okay but not salary unless you move up. There isn't a raise. When I use to work there it was 15 an hour but now the hourly rate is lower for new employees, possibly 13-14 an hour for the same amount of work.

I will say they have career programs to put people to work which is a good thing.

Cons

I will say it would be an awesome job to once and awhile do something nice for your outstanding employees. Making them feel appreciated.

People donate nice stuff. Co workers are nice and funny. Flexible scheduling. Full time positions get benefits and sick pay.

Cons

Management sucks, low pay, very unorganized, lack in training. No discounts only on snacks/drinks.
