Pros

Ok pay, they will hire anyone

Cons

They hire just about anyone if they can pay them less than a great employee. In two years I experienced a seriously toxic work environment and kept having to do the jobs of those employees who had been terminated or left the agency. They we're not replaced and I was working 70 he work weeks just to not fail. I was never appreciated. Senior leadership is toxic and won't take care of you or support you.

Pros

It is a pay check

Cons

Corporate managers love to come in and threaten your job and belittle you. There is no moving up no matter how hard you try. And definitely there is a lot of favoritism and discrimination from corporate and upper management.

Both Good and Bad

Pros

A low stress work environment, good health benefits, amazing amount of PTO (almost a full month worth every year). Free to take breaks at any time that suits you, not watched too closely throughout the day, very independent work.

Cons

They set unrealistically high goals that they expect the production to meet. I tried to reach their "incentive", which is bonus pay for higher production rates, but it ended up burning me out after 2 years, and I ended up with extreme physical pain and mental exhaustion. There is a low base pay, my pay has stayed at 9 dollars an hour despite working there for 3 years. No raises, no expectations of raises either. That's what makes people try to achieve this "bonus" money, but it ends up burning them out entirely.
