Good mission. Many people are helped if they are motivated to help themselves also.

Cons

People that join the program are treated like a number. It's sales. They track people enrolled in the program, "services" given, and placements verified ( people hired even if for only an hour).

The people I worked with were great! Everyone is a team player and really cares about the clients they serve.

Cons

Executives and CEO are all about the bottom line at any cost. Numerous leaders have left the organization. Appreciation and value for the employees doing the work is not held to a high standard.
