Pros

Flexible with school, an easy job and great first job.

Cons

Very little hours. money hungry executives care more about making money then giving back. Randomly told us we'll be be open for Easter last week after being closed for the holiday for years. Goodwill only cares about making money and not its "values"

Pros

Monthly bonus based off meeting sale goals. Vision, dental, medical and life insurance, guaranteed 40 hours a week + time and a half for every hour over 40 worked , diverse and welcoming employer, easy job to do.

Cons

You must wait 24 hours before purchasing items. Everything good will be gone within that time frame and the worst part is , 9 times out of 10 the item was stolen instead of purchased. There is no discount on purchased, target goods. Employer is too lenient with the employees kept; many employees should be terminated instead of being pacified.
