There are quite a few unfortunately. I was laid off recently due to a "company restructure" after having months of being told that we were doing so well and the future looks bright. It is a shame none of that come to pass, as i did enjoy the people i worked with.
I won't be as direct as the other review, but there are major management issues and i feel this comes from the top down. There is too much in the form of social emphasis, rather than actually getting the work done. I feel that if the future is in the hands of the management and CEO, then it really doesn't look good.
I lost all faith in the company when they decided to pay people a real wage after people threatened to leave. Why not do this in the first place when things were bright?
The scattergun approach to "New Horizons" doesn't look good, as the company seems to discard them as quickly as they introduce them. Now the ones that have come in are struggling as well in a market that is very saturated, so it doesn't look good.
I was always a person who kept quiet and got on with my job, but i am disappointed that my time in the company wasn't appreciated, instead i am looking for a job in the area and struggling. The biggest criticism i can level at the CEO is that he is reactive and not proactive to new products. He could have planned for this years ago, knowing the deadline is in August, instead he decided to look into it 6 months before.
It's not a surprise that a majority of people are looking for jobs as the company looks like it could go under at any minute. Redundancies are the beginning of any company going under, so the future isn't bright. It's non existent at Crystal.
The other review inspired me to voice my opinion, i suggest others do the same.
